Number of storks indicates the level of homestead‘s outfit and provided recreation service. The recreation in a homestead that has a one stork (symbol of quality) will be much cheaper then in a four stork homestead.
2. Who gives stork rating to homesteads?
Stork rating is given by Council of Association after homestead‘s outfit and provided service level evaluation.
3. How often is homestead‘s availability calendar updated?
Existent homesteads‘ availability calendars are updated constantly. If a host of homestead doesn‘t update availability calendar in 2 weeks, it is turned off.
4. Can I make an on – line reservation?
No, this possibility is expected in a future. As soon as you pick a homestead, you should call or write an e – mail to hosts of the homestead.
5. How to make a reservation for homestead?
If you wish to make a reservation for homestead you only need to contact hosts and talk over about reservation conditions and your holiday dates. After you make an agreement, you have to pay front money (mostly it is pointed in a website).
Homestead is considered as reserved when:
1. The visitor (customer) pays front money;
2. The visitor (customer) and a host make a charter.
In other cases homestead’s hosts have a right to cancel unconfirmed reservation, so be careful while making a reservation.
